How to fix Blue Screen c000021a Fatal System Error

The C0000021A is a serious system error that will prevent Windows from loading. This error is unique to Windows XP and come when the Norton Go Back software is installed by itself or as part of a Norton Security Suite. Though the restart loop caused by the presence of the error can be agitating, there is a way to get around the error and get rid of its source.
Restart the computer, and press the spacebar while the computer's boot cycle to open the Go Back software's menu.

Emphasize the "Disable" option for the Go Back option and then go back to the boot process. The computer must continue booting as normal. In Control Panel, double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon. In the catalog of installed programs, click Go Back, and then click Remove. And then Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the uninstall process.
Go to the "Start" menu and after that select "Control Panel". Then select the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.

Click on the Go Back software and select "Remove". A pop-up window will come out asking if you are sure you want to remove the software. Choose "Confirm" and the software will be removed. Then restart the computer, it should be free of any errors.
